Online Scheduling Policy
All online appointments require prepayment to secure your slot. Once your appointment is booked you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your booking. In the event you need to reschedule, your payment will be credited to your account and applied to the correct appointment. Contact us directly via email: bolesauto@gmail.com if you need to reschedule. Please read our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies to avoid fees.
Cancellations and Reschedulings are allowed up to two days prior to the date of your appointment and if requested prior to the cut-off time. The cut-Off is 11:59 pm two days before your appointment date. Example: If your appointment is for a Friday at 2:00 pm, the latest you can cancel and receive a refund is Wednesday night at 11:59 pm. Any cancellations made on the calendar day prior to your scheduled appointment date will not be refunded. Any cancelations made after the cut-off time will be charged the Failure to Cancel Properly Fee. When rescheduling, your payment will be credited to the updated appointment. Rescheduling is allowed twice. No additional rescheduling will be allowed and you will be charged an Excessive Reschedule Fee.
NO SHOW, Failure to Cancel Properly, and Excessive Rescheduling Fees: The No Show, Failure to Cancel Properly, and Excessive Rescheduling Fee is $50.00 or the amount you prepaid for your appointment, whichever is less.
Refunds for Cancellations are granted to those who properly completed a cancellation request prior to the cut-off time (see above). REFUNDS will be issued via the card used at the time of purchase. NO REFUNDS for clients or purchases originating from outside of the United States of America.
Refunds for Overpayment will occur if you paid more for your appointment than we actually charge you at the time of service. Examples are: You might have chosen to add a tire rotation during scheduling yet we find you do not need one. Another example would be if you prepaid for a service and we determine at the time of your visit that you did not need it or chose the wrong option when scheduling.
